  • Runs on your servers, behind your firewall
  • Your database never leaves your network
  • Your data is never used to train models

Your data is locked behind dashboards,
spreadsheets, and IT support tickets.

Waiting for Reports

Your team files an IT support ticket. Days later, IT hands back a report that only reveals the need for more reporting. And the cycle starts again.

Dashboard & Spreadsheet Sprawl

Thirty dashboards and a hundred spreadsheets, and none of them answer the question you're asking right now.

Data Gatekeeping

Finding your data means already knowing where it lives, and who to ask for it. And perhaps the availability of your spreadsheet wizard.

What if you could just ask?

Eala connects to your existing database and lets anyone on your team ask questions in plain English.

Natural Language Queries

Type a question like "What were our top 10 customers last quarter?" and get an instant answer from your actual data.

Why Eala Is Different

On-Premises

Eala runs on your servers, behind your firewall, under your control. Your database never leaves your network. To answer a question, Eala sends the model only what it needs — your question, your schema and business context, and the rows it queried — encrypted in transit and never used to train models.

Unlimited Users

No per-seat pricing. Once you own Eala, every employee can use it, from the warehouse floor to the C-suite. No gatekeeping.

One-Time Purchase

Not a subscription. No per-seat bill that grows every year. Buy the license once, own it for good, and add your whole team at no extra cost.

Industry-Ready

Purpose-built profiles for manufacturing, distribution, and logistics. Eala understands your industry on day one, with no months of configuration.

Frequently Asked Questions

What databases and data sources does Eala connect to?

Eala connects read-only to your existing SQL databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and your ERP, and also reads spreadsheets and documents you upload. It works with the data you already have, no migration required.

Where does our data live, and is it secure?

Eala runs on-premises, on your servers and behind your firewall, and your database never leaves your network. To answer a question, Eala sends the model only what it needs to answer it — your question, your schema, your profile's business context, and the specific rows the query returned — over an encrypted connection. It is never used to train models, and on request we enable zero-retention so nothing is kept after the answer comes back.

Do we need SQL or technical skills to use it?

No. Anyone on your team asks questions in plain English. No SQL, no query builder, no training required. Eala translates the question, runs it against your live data, and answers with charts and plain-language insight.

How long does deployment take?

Days, not months. Eala ships with purpose-built profiles for manufacturing, distribution, and logistics, so it understands your industry on day one and installs into your existing Windows Server, IIS, and Active Directory environment.

Who's behind Eala

I've spent over ten years inside manufacturing, watching busy folks wait days for answers that were already sitting in their own data. Reports went through IT, came back as spreadsheets, and then needed the office IT wizard to decipher and explain them. I built Eala to close that gap: ask a plain-English question, get the answer from your own data, in seconds.

Manufacturers don't want their operating data living in someone else's cloud, so Eala keeps it on your own servers, behind your firewall, where it belongs. Your data stays yours. If you bring Eala into your shop, you work directly with the person who built it.

The name is Irish. Eala (say "AY-la") means swan.
