Your data stays yours.

Eala is built for companies that won't put their operating data in someone else's cloud. Here is exactly what stays on your network, what is sent to the AI model to answer a question, and the option for environments that cannot send anything out at all.

What stays on your network

The system of record never moves. Eala installs inside your environment and works against the data you already have, in place.

  • Runs on your servers, behind your firewall
  • Your database never leaves your network
  • Never used to train AI models

Eala connects to your database read-only and runs every query in place. It is never copied, replicated, or uploaded. The app, your data, and the processing all live inside your network.

What happens when you ask a question

Eala uses an AI model for two things: turning your plain-English question into a database query, and explaining the results. Here is precisely what the model does and does not see.

What the model sees

  • Your question, in plain English
  • Your table and column names (the schema)
  • The specific rows your query returned, for that one question
  • Sent over an encrypted connection
Just enough context to answer the question in front of it.

What never leaves

  • Your database, copied or in bulk
  • Tables and rows your question didn't touch
  • Any export, replica, or sync to the cloud
  • Anything used to train a model
On request we enable zero-retention, so nothing is kept after the answer comes back.

Two ways to deploy

Pick the level of isolation your environment requires. Both run Eala inside your network; they differ in where the AI model runs.

Standard

Eala on your servers, paired with a managed AI model. The strongest reasoning, with the system of record kept in-house.

  • Your database never leaves your network
  • Only the question and the rows needed are sent to the model, encrypted
  • Never used for training; zero-retention available on request
  • No GPU required on-site

Airtight

Fully air-gapped. Eala and the AI model both run on your own hardware, so nothing leaves your network at all.

  • The model runs on your servers, on an open-weights model
  • Zero outbound traffic for analysis
  • Requires a GPU server on-site; scoped per engagement
  • Built to your environment, the same as our on-premises voice option
Best for: Defense, regulated, or air-gapped sites Talk to us →
